Dr. Lutchman is among a global few who are experienced, trained and qualified to the highest levels in Business Management (Dr. of Business Administration - DBA); Environmental Health and Safety- EH&S (Certified Safety Professional- CSP and Canadian Registered Safety Professional-CRSP); and Process Operations (1st Class Power Engineer). A former employee and consultant to the Oil and Gas industry, Dr. Lutchman has worked with companies such as Suncor, Petro-Canada, Husky Energy, Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) and Petrotrin. |

He also focuses on excellence systems implementation, performance improvements and KPIs development and stewardship. |

With almost 40 years' experience in the Energy Industry, Doug is a dependable and reliable subject matter expert in Process Safety Management and Operations Excellence Management Systems. Prior to his retirement as General Manager - Technical Services in Suncor Energy, Doug was instrumented in developing and sustaining the PSM Networks across the organization. These Networks were designed to generate continuous improvements across the Organization for each PSM Element. |
| Doug Joined Safety Erudite in January of 2017 and has been responsible for reviewing, validating and updating the technical validity of Safety Erudite's existing processes and tools. In this position, he will continue to provide professional engineering services to clients in PSM, OEMS and Management Systems Audits. He also participates in workshops and training for clients. | |

Dr. Kevan Lutchman (Occupational Health Consultant)

A medical doctor by training, Kevan is passionate about preventive measures for reducing chronic workplace illnesses and injuries as well as the heavy burden on the health care system. Dr. Lutchman hopes that his interest in both Primary Care Medicine with a focus on preventive efforts, combined with his interests in Occupational Health and Safety, will optimize his contributions to workforces which are optimally healthy and productive. Many of his patients suffer from chronic illnesses which stem from their work exposures and his current goal is to minimize the impact these chronic pathologies have on our current and future generations. |
| Kevan plans on furthering his medical training with a fellowship sub-specialization in Occupational Medicine. Kevan has been involved with Safety Erudite on a part-time basis since its inception and has assisted with document review and finalization. Upon completion of his training, he plans to provide consultancy service to Safety Erudite on Occupational Health and Safety. | |
